Minnesota Power is looking to recognize high school seniors who have been particularly active in their communities through volunteerism and community service. They are  offering numerous $2500 scholarships to people who live in their service area (in other words HERE), have a GPA of 3.0 or greater and have been active in their community, church or high school.
